I am from Central Louisiana, where I spent my childhood and later tied the knot with Mark Dryden, my husband of 36 years.  Together, we have been fortunate to raise four children and enjoy the joy of six grandchildren.  Over the years, I have dedicated myself to the field of abstracting, lease analysis, title examination, and closing transactions in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas under my company, Seaux Southern Abstract LLC. 

Outside of work, I cherish moments with loved ones, creating precious memories, and actively participating in our community and church.  My guiding motto is "it's a about making memories!"
